Terms of Service:

Before commissioning me, ALL CLIENTS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

^{⭐I have the right to refuse service.
⭐I have the right to issue a refund at any point if I am not comfortable.
⭐I reserve the right to post commissions on my social media at any given time UNLESS directly requested not to by the client.
⭐I reserve rights to all artwork. If you would like to use your commission for profit, please communicate this with me so we can discuss pricing.
⭐Clients should not claim any artwork I make as their own.}

Payments

^{⭐Payments must be made in FULL.
⭐All Payments will be made through PAYPAL (USD.)
⭐Commissions will not be started until Payment is received.
⭐If payment is not made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, the commission will be cancelled.
⭐Refunds will only be granted if I am unable to complete it.
⭐Clients DO NOT have rights to refunded commission work.
⭐WIPS will always be provided for the client.
⭐The commission will not be continued until the client has expressed clear satisfaction of the provided WIP.
⭐I will make free edits to the final artwork if I have made an error.
⭐It is the client’s responsibility to provide a proper reference.}

Chargebacks

^{⭐If a chargeback is made, I hold ALL rights to the art that is made.
⭐Please DO NOT issue a chargeback without a given reason.
⭐If a refund is needed, please ask me directly before making a random refund.}
